Why This Role Matters

As a Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s strategy to expand the 3P (third‑party) seller ecosystem in the United States. You will help identify high‑potential sellers, onboard them onto our platform, and drive the growth of product selection, pricing competitiveness, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Build a deep understanding of the U.S. marketplace segment, including seasonality trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging product categories.
  • Seller Prospecting & Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and recruit high‑potential third‑party sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and targeted presentations.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Guide new sellers through best‑practice onboarding processes, providing data‑driven insights on pricing, inventory management, and fulfillment strategies.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Accurately enter, maintain, and analyze large volumes of product and seller data using Excel and other MS Office tools to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including product, operations, legal, and finance—to resolve seller issues, improve platform features, and enhance the overall marketplace experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as seller activation rates, product assortment growth, and revenue contribution, and report findings to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce friction for sellers, and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Customer‑Centric Advocacy: Champion the voice of the end‑consumer by ensuring that new product listings meet quality standards, pricing expectations, and delivery performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
