Contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and Washington DC are not eligible at this time. All contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.
