Essential Qualifications and Requirements

- Educational Background: Candidates should have completed at least a high school education (10+2 or equivalent) from a recognized board or institution. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written) are essential. Proficiency in additional local languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, or Gujarati is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly, concisely, and professionally in all customer interactions.
