Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our data operations team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that keep our systems running smoothly and accurately. Here's what you can expect to do in this role:

  • Accurate Data Input: Systematically enter data from various digital and physical sources into our database management systems with zero tolerance for errors. You'll handle everything from customer forms to transaction records, ensuring every character is precisely as it should be.
  • Data Verification & Correction: Actively identify and rectify data discrepancies by cross-referencing multiple sources, validating information against established guidelines, and making necessary corrections to maintain data integrity.
  • File Management & Organization: Organize, catalog, and maintain electronic data files and records in our cloud-based systems. You'll create logical folder structures, implement naming conventions, and ensure easy retrievability of information.
  • Quality Assurance Checks: Perform regular data quality audits to identify patterns, flag inconsistencies, and ensure our databases remain clean, accurate, and reliable. You'll document any issues and propose solutions.
  • Data Cleansing & Validation: Participate in data cleansing projects where you'll standardize formats, remove duplicates, validate email addresses, phone numbers, and other critical information to ensure our records are market-ready.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs, resolve data-related issues, and ensure seamless information flow across departments.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for streamlining data entry processes, reducing errors, and improving efficiency. Your insights as someone who works with data daily are invaluable to our continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Security & Compliance: Strictly adhere to company data security protocols, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and follow best practices for data privacy as established by arenaflex and regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring a combination of technical skills, personal attributes, and professional experience. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role where you handled data input, management, or verification tasks. Familiarity with remote work environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
