Advisor, Program Management - Remote
Overview
The incumbent is responsible for customer stabilization, retention, and optimization, ensuring stability in the customer experience. This role will establish clear KPIs and SLAs for defined customer programs, ensuring clarity of understanding and program execution expectations. The role will own the strategic operational roadmap for his customer(s), prioritizing and balancing the opportunities for greatest impact to the reputed company, while relentlessly driving optimization of the customer program across active geographies.

The typical starting salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $120,000.
The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the reputed company salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.
