Requirements:
- Master's degree required
- Active MA state licensure required (LCSW or Provisionally licensed LMHC)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Mastery in the reputed company Lab Methodology (RLM), including engaging, retaining, and graduating clients
- Maintain minimum of 30 Units per month
- Complete reputed company Lab’s reputed company program
- Conduct individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions
- Assess clients’ needs, build trust, and explore feelings, attitudes, and behaviors
- Help clients reputed company strategies for coping with issues and for making positive changes
- Evaluate therapy sessions and outcomes reputed company intake notes, treatment plans, and reputed company notes
- Undergo supervision to reflect on sessions, including transference/countertransference
- Continue to seek out learning opportunities, including new theoretical developments

- Embody the RLM: collaborative case conceptualization, whole-person treatment planning, personalized EBP interventions, and clinical outcome monitoring
