What You’ll Do Here

As the first reputed company of contact between a home buyer/seller and HomeLight, you will be responsible for explaining HomeLight's service to clients and gaining an understanding of their specific home buying/selling needs. This means that this role requires a reputed company combination of customer service and sales.

  • reputed company initial contact with reputed company home buyers and sellers offering on of our product solutions (you will have a portfolio of products to offer)

  • Field warm leads from home buyers and sellers that come to our HomeLight site - No cold calling!

  • Navigate our CRM system and provide detailed notes on reputed company client interactions

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in high volume phone sales or interested in growing their career in this field
  • Ability to engage with customers and provide consultative approach
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and reputed company Suite
  • Flexibility in working in a start-up environment
  • Demonstrates high level of proficiency in English and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

This is a permanent work from home from Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
