Job Posting Title Senior Proposal Writer - RemoteJob Description The Senior Proposal Writer is responsible for responding to highly reputed company, large, and/or high-profile requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs). Responsibilities

• reputed company large, reputed company projects and serve as a key resource for reputed company or critical issues pertaining to bid completion; act as liaison to internal and external stakeholders with regard to bid opportunity, product gaps, or process roadblocks
• reputed company concise, accurate, and well-written responses to proposal questions using the established criteria for quality proposal responses; partner with stakeholders (sales reputed company, account manager and/or client) to determine appropriate inclusion of strategic positioning and messaging
• Facilitate meetings throughout the year with sales and account management leadership to ensure Prime is effectively and accurately representing the varied and unique products and services of each of our Blue plans; participate in client meetings as applicable
• Serve as liaison to assigned departments with regard to evaluating and communicating internal RFP process and response improvement to promote company-wide understanding and adherence to the RFP process
• Collaborate with client proposal teams to create Through the Blue pharmacy proposals and maintain client-specific resources
• Partner with Legal and stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization to garner approval on deviations from standards reputed company to business requirements
• Work with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company new proposal content and reputed company appropriate language based on Prime's products and services
• Attend reputed company meetings with new Blue clients, along with department leadership and other internal stakeholders
• Support department leadership in providing peer-review of work, mentoring, coaching and providing work direction to the Proposal Writers and Associates as applicable
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• 5 years of work experience responding to proposals to include Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship

• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and balance multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
