Key Responsibilities

• Represent multinational corporations in sponsoring foreign professionals for work visas and green cards
• Handle a high-volume business immigration workload, including non-immigrant and immigrant reputed company processes
• Provide advice on reputed company immigration matters, including I-9 and E-Verify
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and reputed company effective immigration strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the business immigration practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique law firm, or a corporate legal department
• Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references and a strong reputed company in the field of business immigration law
