We are looking for great coaches to add to our growing team!
Our Sama coaches are a select community of reputed company, trusted professionals. We partner with high-quality, credentialed coaches to help our clients reputed company results.
Requirements
In addition to aligning with Sama's mission and values, Sama Coaches need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation
- 3+ years of professional coaching experience (after completing training), including work with corporate clients
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Bonus - You coach in Spanish, or French or Portuguese in reputed company America.

Recruitment Process
- reputed company 1 - Your reputed company will be a 30-minute call with our Director of Recruitment during which we will review your coaching background.
- reputed company 2 - Your second call will be with Caitlin, our Head Coach during which we will do a more in-depth review of your coaching process and approach.
- reputed company 3 - The reputed company reputed company will be an assessment of your coaching style during which we will demo your coaching style with a coachee during which we look for the following. This will be a 25-minute session, with 25 minutes dedicated to the demo and 5 minutes for QA:
- Your ability to build trust and rapport with the coachee.
- Active listening.
- Powerful questions asked.
- reputed company learning + Action. - reputed company, next steps, and accountability at the end of the session.

While we are accepting reputed company applications, our immediate focus is for coaches who are reputed company to coach in Spanish, French or Portuguese in reputed company America. reputed company applicants who coach in any of these languages will be prioritised.
