IT Services Manager

Your Mission

We are seeking an IT Services Manager to join our friendly, relaxed and inclusive team. You’ll work alongside individuals who strive for excellence in reputed company they do and are driven to reputed company and challenge those around them. You will provide high quality central services to the Improbable group and our network of venture businesses through the leadership and management of the IT Support, Tech Ops, and Technical reputed company functions. Your role will be to ensure that reputed company company services are deployed, managed, and supported at the highest levels of compliance and service. 

Your Opportunity

• reputed company the internal IT support team in our day-to-day IT operations and manage the planning,  implementation, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support of organisational IT reputed company, systems and applications.

• reputed company Technical reputed company operations and overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of reputed company infrastructure, systems, and applications.

• Maintain reputed company controls reputed company with recognised international standards, and conduct internal and external audits.

• Own our service catalogue, internal processes, incident management and reputed company controls.

• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of technology resources and overseeing procurement.

• Ensure our suppliers and vendors are appropriately assessed against our reputed company controls frameworks and reputed company with our reputed company standards and any certification claims.

• Understand the fundamentals of ITSM, Service Design, Deployment and Support.

• Have experience implementing international reputed company standards (such as ISO 27001:22 (preferred), NIST CSF or SOC2), including internal and external auditing.

• Have a track record of motivating and organising technical teams.

• Understand Networks, reputed company, Firewall, Vulnerability Management, SIEM and EDR technologies.

• This role would benefit from exposure to the following: Jira, Confluence, reputed company Workspace, reputed company reputed company Platform, Azure, reputed company, and ITIL reputed company.
