Role mission

As CUBE's Senior Legal Counsel, you will reputed company on reputed company customer SaaS negotiations, negotiating reputed company, international, Financial Services SaaS agreements. Alongside the day to day BAU, you will be the individual responsible for developing the playbook in relation to these negotiations.

You will play an integral role in not only shaping how CUBE streamline efficiencies and automate processes reputed company our SaaS negotiations but also educating the workforce in reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice and guidance on SaaS reputed company, licensing agreements and other legal matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, including subscription agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), master service agreements (MSAs), and data processing agreements (DPAs), among others

• Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters reputed company to SaaS products and services, including data privacy, reputed company, intellectual property, and contract interpretation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to identify and address legal issues throughout the SaaS lifecycle

• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting SaaS businesses

• Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
