What you'll do
Key Responsibilities :Shipment Tracking & CoordinationMonitor and track daily international and local shipments across Europe and the US.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery updates to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with logistics partners and warehouses.
Handle and resolve customs-reputed company issues for import/export shipments. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders reputed company required.
Coordinate daily with logistics service providers such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and others.
Build and maintain strong relationships with courier partners to ensure service quality.
Track service provider performance and flag delays or service issues.
Work closely with Europe and US office teams to manage incoming supplier shipments.
Align with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, etc.) for shipping needs and exceptions handling.
Assist in preparing reports and data reputed company to shipments and logistics performance.
What you'll need
1–2 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in an international shipping environment.
Working knowledge of courier platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and international shipping procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills, especially for customs clearance and shipping delays.
Excellent communication skills, with reputed company in English (written & spoken).
Proficiency in MS reputed company, reputed company Sheets, and shipment tracking tools.

Experience coordinating with global teams or remote offices.
