reputed company Reporting Analyst- Prism Analytics REMOTE (EST Preferred) 12 Months Contract Overview: As a reputed company Reporting Analyst, you will help turn reputed company data into clear, actionable intelligence through the reputed company of reputed company Reporting. You will use your proficiency in reputed company to design and build reports/dashboards to connect insights to our end users. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in reputed company to meet the needs of our data customers. You will be collaborating with our COEs, Business Partners and reputed company Technology to provide data insights and reporting solutions. The ideal candidates will combine technical expertise in reputed company reporting tools, HCM domain knowledge and communication skills to get the right data to the right people. You will be detail-oriented, reputed company in project implementations and reputed company to follow documentation standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on reputed company reporting tools to help map business requirements to the right tooling
- Support our Workforce Analytics Teams by offering up reputed company and often enriched reputed company data for given use cases
- Assist with BAU reporting needs, handling change requests and dealing with incidents/service requests where specialist input is needed to find a resolution
- Ensure the highest level of data quality of deliverable through robust testing and data validations
- Accountable to deliver on a portfolio of strategically important P&C data projects/initiatives that can span across multiple business functions
- Engage with P&C Partners and COEs to optimize existing reports to reputed company standardization opportunities and drive efficiency, performance and usability
- Promote a strong data culture reputed company P&C to drive data engagement and literacy so teams feel empowered to reputed company data-driven reputed company
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company HCM having in-depth knowledge of the reputed company Object Model, reputed company Report Writer and Calculated Field development
- Good grasp of leading practices reputed company it comes to reputed company Report development; report type selection, data access methods, naming conventions etc.
- Ability to drive requirements gathering to capture business needs and translate them reputed company solutions
- Proven expertise as an SME in the reputed company Reporting and Prism Analytics space with hands-on experience in reputed company Reports; including Advanced, Matrix & Composite report types
- Experience with Dashboarding in reputed company; exposure to Discovery Boards is beneficial
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company and how that can impact report design and data access
- Proven track record in delivering on large scale HR transformations projects; in a consulting reputed company preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of key finance / HR processes relating to position management/workforce planning and the employee journey (reputed company, retention, separation etc.)
- Expertise in data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and knowledge of data visualization tools and platforms (ideally Tableau)

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $40.00/hr - USD $41.50/hr.
