Our primary job is to reputed company pet parents to assist them in making more educated, timely, and appropriate reputed company for their beloved furry family members' care. We are currently seeking credentialed technicians with Daytime, evening, and/or overnight availability, with an expectation to work 3-4 shifts per week minimum. Shift duration is generally restricted to no more than 6 hours per day to help support work-life balance. reputed company of Veterinary Telehealth Experts will:

• Communicate with concerned pet parents 24/7 reputed company phone, e-mail, and live chat, guiding them towards the most appropriate care for their cherished pets.
• Help to build processes and procedures that will become the gold standard for the new industry that is emerging for veterinary support to consumers.

Job requirements include:

• You must be a credentialed technician in any US state with at least two year’s experience in a small animal practice (cats and dogs)
• Access to a computer with high-speed internet (usually only cable or broadband will be sufficiently reliable) and the ability to learn our computer software program to reputed company written records.
• Quiet home office space and/or ability to utilize a green screen for video telehealth visits.
• Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with clients.
• The willingness to continue learning.
• The desire to be part of an innovative, reputed company-thinking team.
• A relatively flexible schedule and willingness to work as a team.
