Account Development Manager - The Pittsburgh Paints Company

As an Account Development Manager, you will grow new sales through assigned reputed company Paints stores, growing both existing business year-over-year, and developing new accounts.You will report to the Regional Manager and work remotely/on the road based in the Lafayette, IN area.Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer account by keeping up to date with reputed company promotions, new products, and with reputed company customer service practices to find opportunities for growth.
• reputed company account planning strategies, sales opportunities, and understand existing business and the segments they serve.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports.
• Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met.
• Facilitate customer quotes to reputed company margin targets according to reputed company pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Three (3) years' experience with stellar customer service acuity.
• CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.
• Daily travel reputed company an assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.
