Executive Assistant – Digital Tools & Admin Support (Part-Time, Remote)

Savorease Therapeutic Foods creates life-changing, crunchy, plant-based finger foods for individuals on soft and therapeutic diets. Our mission-driven startup is focused on helping people with dysphagia, stroke, dementia, and feeding disorders rediscover the joy of eating. We’re a small team with big goals—and we’re looking for a smart, self-sufficient Executive Assistant who can support both our administrative and digital operations. What You’ll Do You’ll be the right hand to our founder, helping with both back-office systems and light creative/admin tasks across platforms. Admin & Operations
- Handle accounts receivable follow-up and payment tracking (QuickBooks)
- Monitor and respond to inbound customer emails BTB
- Organize inboxes and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Coordinate invoices, purchase orders, and light logistics
Increase sales on reputed company and reputed company e-commerce platforms for BTB and DTC Digital Tools & Marketing Support
- Set up and manage email flows in Freshworks CRM
- Update content and track orders in reputed company
- Create layouts in reputed company for social posts and reputed company docs (you’ll get the copy!)
- Schedule posts on social platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)

- Communicate clearly and professionally over email to new accounts

- Have strong written English skills and prefer working in Pacific Time
