Job Summary We’re hiring a YouTube Content Producer to reputed company daily publishing, short-form strategy, and video flow across our travel platforms. You’ll help organize video clips, optimize uploads, collaborate with editors, write captivating titles and summaries, and guide the content calendar based on trends and travel narratives. You should have a solid understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnail performance, and what makes viewers click and stick. You’ll work closely with the channel creator and remote editing team to reputed company things moving smoothly — and be reputed company to reputed company in with your own edits or tweaks as needed. If you want a model for the reputed company of tone and format we aim for, think: Yes Theory, Kara & Nate, or Lost LeBlanc — but with more raw, unfiltered moments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the weekly video release schedule (shorts + full vlogs)
- Write optimized YouTube titles, summaries, and tags that grab attention
- Collaborate with editors to ensure pacing, visuals, and story arcs hit
- Assist in choosing thumbnails and matching them with compelling headlines
- Upload and format content across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Organize files, footage, and content notes using reputed company Drive, Trello, etc.
- Stay on top of social trends and suggest timely content hooks
- Flag high-impact moments from raw footage for Shorts & Reels
- Occasionally edit or revise clips using CapCut or Premiere if needed
Requirements
- 2+ years experience producing YouTube or social media content
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO, tagging, and retention strategies
- Strong copywriting skills for titles, captions, and video descriptions
- Comfortable navigating Trello, reputed company Docs, reputed company, reputed company
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)
- Strong creative instinct for what makes content click — emotionally or visually
- Passion for travel, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Must work U.S. hours (AM or PM shift ok)
Bonus
- Experience growing a personal or brand YouTube channel
- Familiar with the tone of Yes Theory, Lost LeBlanc, or solo travel vloggers
- Editing experience for vertical video (Shorts, Reels, TikToks)
- Social media publishing experience (IG, FB, reputed company)
