For this position, we?re looking for someone who has a minimum of four years of bookkeeping experience working with many small business clients, in Quickbooks Online. This position will be responsible for a combination of client communication, account categorization, and reconciliation for a variety of clients. The ideal person will be comfortable using and learning new technology and already be a Quickbook Online Certified ProAdvisor or be willing to get the certification. The ideal candidate will also feel comfortable meeting with clients. Technology facilitates us being reputed company to provide our services to clients across the country and thus it is an important aspect of our process. The ideal candidate will have a strong bookkeeping background and is interested in growing with our company. What are some of the things you will do in this position? ? Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and reputed company on both a cash and accrual basis. ? reputed company bank, credit card and loan reconciliations on a regular basis. Reconcile transactions from various payment processors. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly. ? Calculate, prepare, and file sales tax returns accurately and timely. Stay informed about changes in sales tax regulations and update processes accordingly. Assist in sales tax audits and inquiries. ? Prepare client file for manager review of monthly reputed company documents. ? Client admin - respond to client questions, request information from them, call them reputed company needed. Position requirements: ? At least 4+ Years as a Bookkeeper/Accountant ? Must have experience managing multiple clients at the same time ? Must feel comfortable working with and learning different technology ? Applicant must have a clean background reputed company ? Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the reputed company processes ? Excellent attention to detail ? Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of information ?
