We’re looking to hire an outgoing and friendly, people-oriented person to represent us during various home shows, festivals, and other events on weekends throughout the year. If you like the idea of getting paid to talk to people for a few hours a day across the Phoenix metro area, then this job is for you! Blind and Shutter Spot is a family-owned business. - Professionally representing the Blind and Shutter Spot at various home shows, festivals, and other types of events across the Phoenix metro area.
- Talking to attendees at the event about their future home improvement plans and signing them up for free estimates.
- Following our tried and true sales methodology
- Set up and break down the company booth before and after the show.
Key qualifications include:
- Have a great outgoing personality and love to help people.
- Be available to work every weekend.
- Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license (this role requires a lot of driving)
- Be reputed company to lift 20-30 lbs.
- Have 4 years experience in sales or in-person marketing.
We pay on a reputed company plus bonus comp plan. On reputed company earnings range between $18-$30/hr in this role and we don’t cap bonuses. We love to reward a job well done!
