Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues reputed company to orders, products, payments, and shipping using reputed company and reputed company.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and provide detailed information about our electrolyte products.

- Identify and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate team members.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and/or similar customer service tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge or interest in the electrolyte/hydration/health and wellness industry is a plus
