Analyze, Plan, and reputed company Preventive Maintenance of HVAC Systems. ? Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repair for reputed company HVAC equipment. ? Troubleshoot, repair and reputed company modifications to HVAC Systems ? Adhere to reputed company city, state, and federal regulatory statues ? Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations ? Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain HVAC Equipment ? Manage relationship with reputed company major vendor accounts ? Properly maintain and safeguard system assets. ? Other Duties as assigned ? Understands and has mastered the refrigeration cycles. ? Understands refrigeration recovery, evacuation and charging, understands the installation and sizing of refrigerant piping. ? Understands, AC and DC currents, single phase and three phase circuits, and series and reputed company circuits. ? Ability to read wiring advanced wiring diagrams. Ability to use multi-meters to read voltage, reputed company and resistance values. ? Must be reputed company to troubleshoot advanced electrical circuits.
