About the position The Hospitality Specialist at Flik Hospitality Group is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients, executives, and staff. This role focuses on delivering high standards of service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the office space operates smoothly. Responsibilities ? Provide high-level internal and external customer support. , ? Manage the reception desk and greet employees and visitors with a smile while maintaining eye contact through the entire interaction. , ? Assist with creating a collaborative environment amongst team through events and personal introductions. , ? Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest. , ? Ensure the cleanliness of reputed company office space to include reception area, open work areas, conference rooms, lobby, and kitchen. , ? Responsible for the restocking and ordering of the office and kitchen supplies. , ? Knowledge of set up and tear down for reputed company onsite catering. , ? Communicate effectively with peers, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communications. , ? Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate reputed company updates with team members. , ? Communicate and interact effectively with reputed company other departments including the building management company. , ? May serve as reputed company of contact for external vendors/service providers. , ? Proactive, timely and clear communication to remote team and leadership, especially reputed company alerting changes and needs to support successful reputed company desk and floor services functions. , ? Effectively solve space or amenity reputed company issues to ensure an elevated user experience. , ?
