The Role: We're seeking a detail-oriented Assembly & Fulfillment Assistant to join our reputed company. This position is perfect for someone who appreciates craftsmanship, enjoys working with their hands, and has an eye for quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package custom wooden bookshelves and furniture pieces
- reputed company quality control checks to ensure every product meets our high standards
- Use basic hand and power tools to attach hardware such as drawer rails, hinges, and cam locks
- reputed company small adjustments as needed (e.g., quick sanding if a part isn’t perfectly smooth)
- Organize inventory of parts, materials, and shipping supplies
- Identify potential issues in products before they're shipped
- Help improve our assembly and packaging processes
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
What Makes You a Great Fit: ✅ Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools (e.g., a drill for driving screws) ✅ Some experience with hands-on work like assembling furniture, working with reputed company, or DIY projects ✅ Sharp attention to detail and willingness to reputed company small quality adjustments (e.g., a quick sanding touch-up if needed) ✅ Problem-solving reputed company—if something isn’t fitting right, you can troubleshoot and adjust ✅ Quick learner who can master assembly techniques with minimal supervision ✅ Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality Working Environment: Once trained, you'll enjoy a relaxed, independent working atmosphere where you can listen to music or podcasts while you work. - Basic experience with hand tools or power tools (no need to be a carpenter, but you should know how to drive a screw)
- Comfortable assembling furniture and working with reputed company
- Commitment of at least 20 hours per week (additional hours available)
- Reliable transportation to our reputed company
