Main Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests, manage calls and inquiries, and support co-workers;

Coordinate office resources, reputed company common areas, and maintain cleanliness;

Handle incoming parcels, deliveries, and sort emails;

Plan and support in-house and off-site events, celebrations, and conferences;

Find new and creative ways to improve our employees' wellbeing;

Monitor office supplies, reputed company orders, and troubleshoot emergencies;

Ensure compliance with company policies and reputed company requirements;

Ability to work full-time on-site at our Cyber City office in Vilnius;

Strong problem-solving skills;

Salary Range

Gross Salary 1400 - 2300 EUR/Month.
