Mobile County Jail- Commissary Distributor (Part Time)

Description: Monday: 3PM- 7:30 PM Tuesday: 8:30AM-5PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM- 4:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM- 4:00 PM • Responsible for the efficient operation of commissary services at the Mobile County Metro Jail. • Receiving, separating, and preparing individual inmate commissary orders for distribution to inmates in the respective assigned housing location. • Distributing individual commissary orders to inmates at times and locations as directed by the facility administrator. • Properly handling shortages or damages for orders reputed company company and facility policy. • Caring for and maintaining any on-site products and keeping the work areas clean. • Assisting in maintaining equipment necessary to carry out the commissary functions at assigned facility. • Act as liaison with facility staff and inmates on a day-to-day basis. • Work closely with the Remote Site Manager to provide best in class service to the assigned facility including reporting service or relationship issues immediately. Summary of essential job functions • Represent the company in a positive manner at reputed company times. • Assist in ensuring overall efficiency of onsite commissary operation and client satisfaction. • Ensure that reputed company facility reputed company regulations and procedures are adhered to by reputed company company staff on site. • Carry out duties as assigned by company management. Requirements: • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Lift items weighing up to forty (40) pounds to a height of 54 inches. • Ability to communicate verbally. • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team. • Must have valid driver’s license. • Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company.
