Must have experience with customer retention & customer acquisitions. This position would be Monday-Friday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm with a possibility of becoming full-time, however for the foreseeable future they would be part time. Job Summary: • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills • As well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
