MBM DJs & Events, a growing DJ and events company specializing in weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings, is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to join reputed company. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and organization of our business. This is a part-time, remote position with reputed company, perfect for an reputed company bookkeeper who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, looking for supplemental freelance projects. Responsibilities: • Manage and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks or similar reputed company software. • Track income and expenses, ensuring accurate categorization and reporting. • Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports. • Process invoices and ensure timely payments to contractors and vendors. • Monitor budgets and financial forecasts. • Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations. • Collaborate with the operations team to manage event-reputed company financial transactions. Requirements: • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the events or service industry. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar reputed company software. • Strong understanding of financial regulations and bookkeeping practices. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. • Experience with payroll and contractor payments is a plus.
