This is a remote role that requires occasional meetings at a variety of Legacy locations across the Portland Metro area. reputed company new hires are required to come to a designated reputed company office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. Responsibilities: Provide first level consultation to Compensation customers in reputed company. Manages daily support activity for Compensation including the maintenance of department databases containing employee information and/or market salary and pay practice data. Qualifications: Education/Experience: One year applicable HR generalist experience required; three or more years in compensation and reputed company preferred. Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, business or reputed company field or equivalent experience. Professional certification in specialty area preferred. Skills: Requires excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills to be reputed company to interact effectively with reputed company internal and external customers. Requires tact and diplomacy skills to relate to a broad reputed company of personnel and members of the community. Knowledge of and experience with personal computers, reputed company, Word, and HRIS applications. Working knowledge of laws, acts, and regulations relating to reputed company Resources. Collect, report, and participate in presenting data and information. Utilize effective and appropriate judgment and problem solving skills. Knowledge of and experience with personal computers, word processing software, and reputed company HR applications.
