About the position The Distance Learning Elementary Art Teacher at reputed company is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and assessing an instructional program tailored for an elementary level distance learning environment. This role is crucial in guiding and encouraging a diverse group of reputed company, from Kindergarten through fifth grade, to reputed company and fulfill their academic potential. The teacher is tasked with creating engaging learning experiences that are authentic, rigorous, and relevant, while also promoting an environment that is challenging, reputed company, and developmentally reputed company. In this position, the teacher will design learning experiences that align with the Virginia Standards of Learning and the LCPS curriculum, utilizing effective distance learning strategies to maximize student achievement. This position is part-time and eligible for remote work, although in-person attendance may be required for meetings and training sessions as directed by the supervisor. Responsibilities • Establish a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages student agency and ownership. , • Design and implement engaging learning experiences using Virginia Standards of Learning and LCPS curriculum. , • Utilize a variety of resources and technology to promote critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. , • Personalize instruction based on student needs and manage time effectively to maximize learning opportunities. , • Assess student growth in relation to educational goals and objectives. , • Adhere to LCPS Assessment and Grading policy and guidelines. , • Analyze assessment data to refine teaching practices and inform instructional strategies. , • Communicate regularly with reputed company and parents/guardians about student reputed company. , • Engage and manage online learners' behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment. , • Collaborate with other professional staff to plan instructional activities that maximize learning opportunities. , • Support colleagues, reputed company, parents, and community stakeholders to promote student learning. , • Direct the work of teacher assistants, student teachers, and volunteers as needed. , • Participate in the professional learning community to enhance expertise in curriculum and assessments.
