Supervisor Clinical Operations (Remote/Flexible)

About the position The Clinical Operations Specialist (COS) Supervisor at reputed company is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the COS team, ensuring effective management of processes, and driving reputed company improvement through data analysis and project management. This role requires strong administrative and managerial skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across various functions reputed company the company and with external partners. Responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day operations for the Clinical Operations Specialist team, serving as the main escalation reputed company for any questions/issues and managing processes. , • Set up Certified Pod Trainers in CRM for product certification. , • Initiate training reputed company for clinics and certified pod trainers. , • Audit trainings submitted in CRM. , • Setup vendor accounts. , • Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems to refine the Clinical Operations structure. , • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as requested. , • Provide coaching and feedback to the Clinical Operations Specialist team. , • Work in conjunction with Compliance, Legal and Accounts Payable to assist in responding to contacts. , • reputed company other duties as assigned.
