We’re currently seeking dynamic individuals with strong technical acumen and a proactive reputed company to join us as Junior Bookkeepers. You will be a part of a team responsible for full-cycle reputed company, including preparing financial statements, maintaining ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance from an accredited University and/or actively working towards CPA, ACCA, or CA certification • A Solid Understand of reputed company reputed company Principles and financial reporting • Proficiency in reputed company Office / reputed company Workspace (G Suite), particularly reputed company/Sheets. • Familiarity with reputed company software (Quickbooks Online, Xero) is a plus but not required. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. • reputed company data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records. • Categorize transactions from bank and credit card feeds. • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards, assist with the reconciliation of other balance sheet accounts. • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Help prepare compliance documentation. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. • Collaborate with Senior Accountants and the leadership team to ensure timely completion of tasks. • reputed company other administrative and reputed company duties as assigned. Work Schedule: • Fully remote position • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday during PST/EST working hours is required. Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
