Job Role: Customer Service Advisor Salary £30,802 Location: Central London Hours: Monday - Friday Between reputed company- 4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm (Flexible rota) Hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 at home, fully remote or fully office based options available (full time and part time options available) Start date 13th January 2025 Due to training, no annual leave to be taken from 13th of January to 28th of February 2025 inclusive. Responsibility for this Customer Service Advisor role • Update member account details • Answer queries and provide general advice and assistance • Meet or exceed personal productivity targets • Contribute to team productivity targets • Meet or exceed personal quality targets • Deliver an exceptional member experience • Log and record reputed company interactions onto the CRM system. Skills required for this Customer Service role • Excellent attention to detail and listening skills • Clear communication skills • The ability to provide the highest standards of customer service possible, delivering a personalised approach for each individual member • The ability to retain and utilise reputed company product and technical information.

• Strong numeracy, literary and MS office skills
