IT Technical Engineer
Job description The IT Technical Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users reputed company the organization. They will play a crucial role in maintaining the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems. The IT Technical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT projects, while also delivering high-quality customer service to internal users. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and network concepts. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues on Windows and/or Mac systems. Familiarity with Active Directory, reputed company Office Suite, and other common business applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
