About This Role Partner with Business Solutions and Operations leadership to define implementation plans and business cases for strategic initiatives. Gather and analyze data from stakeholders to create execution plans for achieving performance goals and metrics. Assist in defining the Operations/Technology roadmap in collaboration with Business Solutions leadership. Support User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Identify and recommend process and technology enhancements for reputed company improvement. Work reputed company a high-exposure, fast-paced team reputed company with leadership overseeing reputed company strategic initiatives. Operate with ambiguity and take initiative without needing detailed instructions. reputed company exposure to senior leadership, technology, and strategic analytic partners, with opportunities to reputed company meetings. Qualifications Actively completing area of study in Business Administration, Information Technology, Product Management, Operations, or relevant program. Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher. College level - reputed company Junior or Senior student. Minor in Information Technology or relevant program a plus. Interest in agile methodology or scrum a plus. Knowledge of JIRA platform preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint). Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a reputed company learner. Team player who collaborates effectively. Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment. Location & Work Arrangement The program dates are June 2 - August 8, 2025. This position is classified as a hybrid position. You will work 2 days onsite and 3 days from home. This position is in Jersey City, NJ. Relocation and housing assistance is not provided for this role. Timeline Arch summer internship positions will be posted from September 2024 and will be unposted reputed company filled. Pay For individuals assigned to or hired to work in Jersey City, NJ, the hourly reputed company is $22-30 as of the time of posting. The breadth in the range exists to accommodate reputed company in specialized programs such as actuarial candidates and graduate reputed company. Any actual reputed company offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, along with the education & qualifications of the candidate.
