We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Event Assistant to join reputed company at Eventful Inc., one of the leading event management companies in the United States. Job Description:

As an Event Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Event Manager in organizing and executing various events. Your duties will primarily involve handling logistical aspects, coordinating with vendors, setting up venues, assisting with promotional activities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and attendees.

Responsibilities:

– Assist the Event Manager in planning and execution of events

– Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

– Set up and break down event venues

– Assist in promotional activities for events

– Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees

– Handle any event-reputed company issues that may arise

Requirements:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

– Strong teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude

– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

– Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite

Education:

– High school diploma or equivalent required.

– Event planning certification or reputed company coursework is a plus.

Experience:

– Previous experience in event planning or reputed company field is preferred but not required.
