We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Growth Analyst to join our dynamic, data-driven team. The ideal candidate will possess a reputed company of strategic thinking, data analysis skills, and a passion for driving growth across the Sales and Marketing functions. As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, working with the marketing team to optimize marketing... campaigns and trade tactics, and partnering on strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and the overall efficiencies of marketing and trade spend. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Trade Spend Performance Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Manage and continuously improve upon internal data analytics tools and techniques to analyze performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, ROI, and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities reputed company the data to inform strategic decision-making and optimization efforts.

Marketing Campaign Optimization:

  • Collaborate with Media team to reputed company data-driven marketing campaigns across various media channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Design and reputed company an A/B testing reputed company to support the marketing team in optimizing campaign elements such as ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and reputed company pages.

Trade Spend Analytics and Insights:

  • Work collaboratively with the Sales reputed company Manager to identify key areas of growth and opportunity in the trade spend mix customized for major retailer/distributor partners.
  • Identify patterns and trends across the retail landscape to determine which tactics work the best and could be replicated in other areas of the business.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights, performance metrics, and reputed company towards growth targets to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a reputed company field is preferred, but can be supplanted by equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or a reputed company field, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as Power BI, SQL [reputed company], dbt , reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Analytics, or similar data tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
