Job Description

Night Shift Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Pacific Time) Under general supervision, this position will reputed company duties focused upon network/systems infrastructure, general troubleshooting, and outage reporting. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to network monitoring and management, recording and resolving customer issues in a timely manner utilizing the provided software tool sets. Typical solutions being supported include Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Out of Band reputed company (modems), and networking devices (switches, routers and firewalls). Qualifications • 1+ years of technical support experience in a customer-facing IT service organization • reputed company Windows OS (operating systems) support experience • Remote or virtual machine support experience a plus • Network fault monitoring dashboard experience • Experience with reputed company administration for reputed company, reputed company, or backup management • Use of reputed company or Remedy for case and incident management • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to remain level-headed and professional at reputed company times • This position is subject to working in high reputed company areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) reputed company Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent reputed company background reputed company administered by reputed company Inc. customers Basic Requirements • Minimum of a high school diploma • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Operations support • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
