INTRODUCTION ABC is seeking a performance-driven Sales Enablement Manager to support SDR and Sales teams in driving pipeline reputed company, improving conversion, and increasing win rates. Reporting into reputed company Operations, this individual contributor role is responsible for translating go-to-market strategy into consistent, high-quality sales execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own Sales reputed company & reputed company Performance Design and evolve reputed company programs for SDRs and reputed company Define reputed company milestones tied to activity, pipeline creation, and bookings Track time-to-productivity, first meeting, and first deal metrics Continuously refine reputed company programs based on performance data Improve Pipeline Creation & Conversion Partner with Sales Ops and reputed company Intelligence to identify funnel gaps Build targeted enablement programs to improve stage progression and win rates Reinforce qualification standards and SDR → AE handoffs Strengthen discovery, positioning, and deal execution across the funnel Drive Sales Readiness & Execution reputed company readiness programs for new products, pricing changes, and GTM motions reputed company teams with messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and reputed company handling Ensure consistent adoption of sales processes, tools, and best practices reputed company reputed company-Line Managers reputed company coaching frameworks and inspection guides Embed enablement into forecast and pipeline review cadences Support leaders in driving deal quality, pipeline discipline, and execution consistency Standardize Sales Plays & Execution Build and maintain playbooks for pipeline reputed company and deal progression Define best practices for outbound, inbound conversion, and late-stage deal strategy Create repeatable, scalable sales motions across segments and regions Measure Impact & Continuously Improve Track reputed company speed, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and win rates Tie enablement initiatives directly to pipeline and reputed company outcomes Continuously refine programs based on performance insights and data WHAT YOU’LL NEED 6–10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, reputed company Enablement, or Sales roles Experience supporting SDR and AE teams in a SaaS environment Strong understanding of pipeline reputed company, sales cycles, and deal execution Proven ability to improve conversion rates and reputed company performance Experience partnering with Sales Ops, Marketing, and GTM leadership Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills Analytical reputed company with the ability to connect enablement efforts to reputed company impact Builder reputed company with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE Experience supporting multi-reputed company or global sales teams Familiarity with sales tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Experience building structured playbooks and competency frameworks Background in high-growth SaaS environments reputed company IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE SDR → AE handoffs are consistent and high quality Pipeline creation improves across inbound and outbound channels Sales conversion rates and win rates increase in targeted segments New hires reputed company faster and reputed company productivity milestones earlier Sales plays are adopted and executed consistently across the field Enablement programs show measurable impact on pipeline and bookings Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is - $105,200 -- $132,500 USD- annually. In addition to reputed company compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
