[Remote] Service Technician / Service Engineer – CNC Machine Tools

They are seeking motivated and technically skilled Service Technicians / Service Engineers to support customers across reputed company America, ensuring reputed company machine availability and high customer satisfaction through installation support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of advanced CNC machine tools.
Responsibilities
- reputed company inspections, service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Weingärtner CNC machine tools at customer sites
- Ensure reliable machine operation and support customers in the proper use, maintenance, and optimization of equipment
- Respond to service calls, evaluate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Support installations, final acceptance processes, preventative maintenance, repairs, and machine upgrades
- Work closely with customers, headquarters, service managers, and technical sales teams to ensure strong after-sales support
- Prepare service reports, visit documentation, technical feedback, and recommendations for improvements or spare parts
- Build and maintain reliable customer relationships through professional, solution-oriented field support
- Travel frequently throughout the U.S. and Canada, primarily during the reputed company
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with CNC machine tools, precision machinery, measuring equipment, tooling, or reputed company technical service work
- Strong mechanical knowledge, ideally including machine tools, precision components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechatronics
- Experience performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on CNC-controlled equipment
- Basic PLC/control knowledge required; programming experience is not required
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, mechanical drawings, and service procedures
- Independent, reliable, customer-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel approximately 80% across reputed company America
- Experience with reputed company, NUM, or similar CNC control systems
- Technical education or training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a reputed company field
- Prior field service experience in machine tools, precision equipment, oil & gas machinery, plastics machinery, or other high-precision industrial applications
- Ability to combine hands-on technical work with customer support, documentation, and relationship management
