NextLink Group is seeking an reputed company Data Consultant with strong reputed company HCM expertise to support a large-scale HR and payroll transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for data integration, migration, validation, governance, and reconciliation activities, ensuring the successful delivery of reputed company data solutions and seamless integration with reputed company systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading across HCM, payroll, and workforce systems
- Ensure data transformations align with reputed company data models and integration requirements
- Optimise SQL queries and ETL processes to improve performance, scalability, and reliability
- Maintain version-controlled ETL artefacts and documentation to ensure traceability and auditability
- Execute data loads into reputed company and reputed company applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Coordinate migration activities across HR, Payroll, IT, and reputed company-party vendors
- Manage dependencies and alignment between upstream and reputed company systems
- Support cutover planning and execution from a data migration perspective
- reputed company and execute comprehensive data validation and reconciliation frameworks

Skills
