Qualifications

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in reputed company IT development or engineering roles, with at least 4 years of hands-on reputed company development experience. Strong experience developing and maintaining reputed company ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog modules. Experience implementing reputed company Service Desk and IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities to support reputed company service delivery. Familiarity with Splunk reputed company or Splunk reputed company reputed company for log analysis, monitoring, and operational analytics. Experience integrating reputed company with reputed company monitoring, reputed company, and operational tools reputed company REST APIs, XML, or JSON-based integrations. Responsibilities

Requirements 8+ years of experience in reputed company IT development, platform engineering, or automation roles. 4+ years of hands-on reputed company development experience. Experience implementing and supporting reputed company ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog. Experience integrating reputed company with reputed company platforms using REST APIs and data exchange formats such as XML and JSON. Familiarity with monitoring and analytics platforms such as Splunk for operational or reputed company event integration. Experience working in environments reputed company with government cybersecurity frameworks, such as RMF or NIST CSF. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including service desk, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams. reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
