Qualifications
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in reputed company IT development or engineering roles, with at least 4 years of hands-on reputed company development experience. Strong experience developing and maintaining reputed company ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog modules. Experience implementing reputed company Service Desk and IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities to support reputed company service delivery. Familiarity with Splunk reputed company or Splunk reputed company reputed company for log analysis, monitoring, and operational analytics. Responsibilities
