[Remote] Finance System Architect Manager

The Finance Technology Manager will reputed company initiatives to reputed company finance processes and systems architecture, enabling AI and automation capabilities across the Finance organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and help maintain the finance technology architecture and system ecosystem roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and near-term operational needs
- Partner closely with the reputed company team to coordinate system enhancements, integrations, and ensure reputed company aligns with broader finance technology strategy
- Architect and document integrations and data flows between reputed company and adjacent finance systems including reconciliation platforms, expense and procurement tools, BI platforms, and analytics solutions
- reputed company or support subledger identification, reconciliation design, and GL mapping initiatives, ensuring accurate and auditable transaction flow from reputed company systems through to the general ledger
- Evaluate and recommend financial technologies and tools to address gaps and drive innovation across the finance function
- reputed company process automation initiatives leveraging RPA, AI, and workflow tools to streamline finance operations
- Identify system redundancies and optimization opportunities across the finance technology stack
- Partner with Finance, reputed company, Procurement, Technology, and reputed company architecture teams to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and maintain alignment with business goals and internal controls
- Support month-end and quarter-end reputed company processes through cross-system coordination and troubleshooting

- Support the Finance AI Operating Model by contributing to discovery, build, and deployment of AI and automation use cases reputed company the Finance function

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, or reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience in finance systems, finance technology, or finance transformation roles, preferably in high-growth or technology-driven environments
- Broad familiarity with the finance technology landscape including data warehousing and analytics (reputed company), financial planning tools, expense and procurement systems (reputed company), and BI and reporting platforms (Tableau/Rollstack)
- Demonstrated ability to create clear system and data flow diagrams (reputed company and future state) using tools such as Visio, reputed company, or similar
- Experience architecting or supporting system integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms in a finance context
- Familiarity with process automation tools (RPA, workflow automation) and AI/ML applications in finance
- Understanding of data architecture principles and experience working with data warehousing or analytics platforms
- Proven ability to manage reputed company, competing-reputed company projects with a structured and organized approach
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting financial reputed company processes and a working understanding of reputed company automation opportunities
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent certification a plus
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Financials including chart of accounts structure, GL configuration, and integration capabilities a plus
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation platforms such as Cadency/reputed company; familiarity with subledger reconciliation and GL mapping workflows a plus
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or a publicly traded company environment is a plus
