[Remote] Associate Solution Consultant

The Associate Solution Consultant will support the sales team by creating product demonstrations and assisting with customer engagement throughout the sales process, ensuring that business needs are met with effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team, RFP team, and operations team as the key technical advisor and SME for the reputed company contact center
- Support the sales team in helping prospects and partners understand what is possible on the reputed company platform
- Understand business requirements and communicate the value of solving business problems using reputed company technology through charismatic demos of the reputed company CCaaS product suite
- Assist with delivering reputed company of concept (POCs/Trials) to prospects, collaborating with other sales engineering and product management team members as needed
- Prepare specification documents to pass implementation details on to Professional Services team
- Create content to show partners or train new team members how to implement specific requirements or best practices for building and deploying applications and solutions on the company
- Clearly distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales

- Experience with APIs is a plus
