[Remote] Program Manager - AI Technical Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Program Manager to join their AI Platforms and Services (AIPS) team, focusing on reputed company AI initiatives. The role involves translating strategic goals into successful program delivery, overseeing project managers, and establishing reporting frameworks to ensure timely delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to assemble project teams and work groups to produce deliverables required to reputed company the objectives of a defined corporate program. reputed company project managers and work group leaders in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans for a defined corporate program
• Organize, direct and coordinate cross-functional activities to focus corporate resources on the successful delivery and implementation of the desired results for a defined corporate program and/or strategic initiative
• Work with the executive sponsor of a corporate program (VP or higher), and other management as required to reputed company the objectives of a defined corporate program. Acquire detailed understanding of the business objectives for an assigned area
• Monitor and evaluate the reputed company, alignment and financial “health” of a cross-functional group of projects and reputed company activities which together, constitutes a defined corporate program. Direct corrective action as needed to maintain the viability of the program. If required - Report to the executive team/sponsor/steering committee on the reputed company, business impacts and strategies around the program(s)
• Assess risks that might jeopardize successful achievement of the desired results of a program, reputed company risk mitigation strategies and tactics, and implement risk mitigation plans
• As needed - Partners with procurement to reputed company and execute strategies reputed company to the service/asset reputed company

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• 7 -10 years of work experience in project management or
• 7-10 years of work experience delivering business solutions using information technology
• Master's Degree (MBA or MS) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a reputed company technology/management field
• Strong background in driving delivery across matrixed teams and navigating escalation reputed company to resolve technical and organizational roadblocks
• Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and providing day-to-day delivery reputed company to project managers
• Deep experience establishing program-level reporting frameworks and managing reputed company cross-project interdependencies
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company programs specifically reputed company AI, Machine Learning, or data-driven technology platforms
• PgMP (Program Management Professional) Certification
