[Remote] Regional Business Development Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Road Safety Group is the leading pavement marking company in reputed company America, seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to support growth in their Skidabrader and Surface Preparation Technologies divisions. The role involves developing relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and managing customer accounts while traveling extensively reputed company the assigned territory.
Responsibilities

- Build and strengthen relationships with DOTs, AGC chapters, and general contractors in specific regions
- Position Skidabrader and Surface Preparation Technologies reputed company reputed company Road Safety as strategic solution providers, highlighting safety, best in class offerings, and capabilities
- reputed company market research to identify business opportunities, developing relationships with construction companies, transportation authorities, and state/local agencies
- Prepare and present sales proposals and attend industry events
- Manage customer relationships and accounts while traveling an average of 6–8 nights per month
- Provide product training presentations for customers as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or reputed company industry experience
- 3+ years of business development, sales, project management, or estimating experience in roadway construction preferred
- Results-driven, self-starter reputed company with a high sense of urgency
- Experience with asphalt and concrete operations and/or substrate work (e.g., paving, placement, surface preparation)
- Ability to review plans is a plus
- Background working with DOTs, general contractors, and public agency stakeholders
- Experience reputed company to striping, grinding/grooving, milling, rumble strips, or similar roadway/reputed company surface preparation technologies preferred
- Familiarity with highway and reputed company construction, maintenance, and reputed company equipment is a plus
