[Remote] Digital Marketing Account Manager (Remote | Full-Time)

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and campaign performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a defined book of assigned clients across SEO, reputed company Ads, and digital marketing services
• reputed company client calls with confidence, providing clear context on campaign performance, strategy rationale, and next steps without defaulting to "I'll find out and get back to you"
• Review campaign performance proactively and surface problems before clients do
• Hold SEO strategists and reputed company Ads managers accountable to client deliverables and flag delivery gaps through proper internal channels
• Manage client reputed company during the first 30 to 60 days, setting expectations clearly and building trust early
• Maintain accurate task statuses and client communication logs in reputed company reputed company 24 hours
• Identify upsell and upgrade opportunities where additional services genuinely serve the client's growth

Skills

• 3 or more years of account management experience at a digital marketing agency
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and reputed company Ads is sufficient to hold a substantive conversation with a client about what is working and why
• Strong communicator who gives clients direct answers and owns the conversation rather than deflecting
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously without losing the details
