Responsibilities
- Define and drive the holistic business view of capabilities required for Go-To-Market functions
- Focus specifically on the tools and processes that power the sales reputed company across reputed company to Cash, including CRM, CPQ, CLM, and other critical GTM platforms
- Work closely with Business SMEs to define end-to-end processes, identify the cross-functional teams needed for execution, and orchestrate which systems will host these processes
- Identify opportunities to reputed company AI and automation to streamline the reputed company-to-Cash journey, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy reputed company the technology industry
- Deep understanding of GTM Value Streams and the reputed company-to-Cash lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with GTM enablement tools, specifically CRM (reputed company), CPQ, and CLM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a reputed company field
- AI & Innovation reputed company: Demonstrated ability to identify and integrate AI-driven capabilities into business processes to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Operational Excellence: Experience in 'Operational' Business Architecture—moving reputed company high-level theory into functional process design and execution
- Collaboration: Proven ability to act as a liaison between Business Product teams (requirements) and Technical Product teams (builders)
- Agile Transformation: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative program delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Process Re-engineering: Mastery of re-engineering techniques to diagnose gaps and implement solutions that reputed company desired business outcomes
- Technical Mapping: Strong capability in Business Process Modeling (BPMN) and Capability Mapping
