What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at arenaflex, you will serve as the vital human connection between our customers and the solutions they need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Outstanding Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Active Listening and Problem Resolution: Demonstrate exceptional listening skills to fully understand customer needs, ask thoughtful clarifying questions, and provide accurate, timely solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • De-escalation and Conflict Management: Utilize proven de-escalation techniques and sound judgment to handle challenging situations, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Independent Decision-Making: Exercise good judgment to resolve customer issues within established guidelines, knowing when to escalate complex matters to specialized teams for additional support.

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, hospitality, or related environment where you've honed your people skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex information clearly, concisely, and with genuine warmth.

Remote Work Technology Requirements

To ensure optimal performance and customer experience, all work from home associates at arenaflex must meet the following technology and infrastructure requirements:

  • Secure Home Office Environment: A dedicated, distraction-free workspace free from background noise and interruptions
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A private, password-protected internet connection (not cellular data or hotspot) with ISP download speeds of at least 5 Mbps on VPN (10+ Mbps preferred)
  • Approved Internet Service Providers: Cable or Fiber internet service providers are required; hotspots and satellite services are not permitted
  • Network Security: Ownership or line-of-sight visibility to every device on your home network
  • Connection Types: Both hardwired Ethernet and WiFi connections are acceptable provided speed and security requirements are met
  • Speed Verification: Ability to validate internet speeds using a Chrome browser through Google's speed test tool

Note: arenaflex reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package, and may modify these requirements with appropriate notice. If consistent internet issues arise, arenaflex may request an upgrade to ensure quality customer experiences.

Work from Home Location Requirements

This is a 100% remote, work from home position based in the continental United States. Please note the following location restrictions:

  • Applicants must reside in the continental United States
  • Applicants cannot reside in California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
  • International work outside the continental U.S. is not permitted
  • arenaflex will not sponsor employment authorization for this position at this time

Compensation and Benefits
