Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to requests regarding installation, disconnection, or modifications to service with professionalism and efficiency
  • Instill customer confidence and loyalty through thoughtful, active listening while leveraging comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer relevant products and services to meet monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues with empathy and clarity
  • Respond to customer requests about arenaflex's extensive range of products and services with accurate, helpful information
  • Verify service order accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections or modifications to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handle the negotiation process for collecting overdue bills while maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as required by business needs
  • Master and efficiently manage various systems and work tools while maintaining high-quality phone interactions with customers
